My computer crashed and I lost all the information I had used to create my website. However, since it has been years since I first did it, it is old and I used frames, etc. I would like to keep a lot of the same information that is on it but uplift and upgrade it. What should I do first and how should I do it.

For starters do away with frames as with a free site they are not allowed.

If you can get into your account download your files somewhere so you have them so are safe like images etc

But to start get an idea of what you want for your site. Especially if going to keep up with it. If not then just stay small


You have the free hosted subdomain so only have so much space to work with.

As compared to probably last time you were working on your site
