I have done a quick search for this problem but only found one fix, which hasn't worked...

Problem:
I have created two email forms through bravenet email forms. One Booking Form and one Contact Us form.

I can see the buttons on Firefox and Opera, but anyone using IE cannot see the Submit / Reset Buttons at the bottom of our forms.

One fix I found on here suggested 'align left' in the html code. I did this, but my friends with IE still cannot see the buttons.

Can anyone help with a fix? Here are the two forms on our website.

as this doesn't look like a bravenet form to me.

Could be an issue with your coding as you don't have the complete and full code properly on your site.

Get the code again and place it on your page and DO NOT adjust, remove any part of the bravenet e-mail from code.

Perhaps make a practice page till it is seen.


As I can't see the send buttons myself as see no code for them.

I don't see the buttons at all in Firefox. Come to that I don't see any of the mandatory elements of a Bravenet email form.

You have to use ALL the code that the form builder creates. Those funny bits with strange Bravenet account numbers in are not decoration, they are what makes it work.

I definitely copied ALL the coding exactly from bravenet, however it is running through iweb / html snippet - do you think that's the problem? I also changed the font & colour... but did not alter any other coding.

Does it behave differently within iweb? It looks perfect from Firefox & Opera on mine and other computers.

There is nothing in your coding that says the form is a bravenet one.


So either Iweb has messed you up or such.

GO back and as said get the full code and place it properly on your site.

Do not remove any coding and more.


There is NO submit button coding and more even if we look at your source code.


Try a different editor.

But still get the form code from the email form service so you have it all properly.


I find it odd that you can see it in firefox and Peter says he can't.

Cant even see submit buttons in IE at all but do see the questions you asked anyways
