I know it's been a couple of weeks since you wrote, so I hope this information is still helpful.
Yes, you can put all the supplements together (dry ones) in one baggie. A week's supply is fine but in this cooler weather, you can do two weeks without any problem. Just be sure they are stored in a dry place that is not next to a heater or sitting under lights. If the light is always on in room where they are stored, put them in a closed box or container to keep the light out.
