Supplement Storage

I was wondering about storing supplements ...since I board my horse and am not there at feeding times, I would like to know if that I put all his supplements together in one baggie...if that would be ok ? I would do a weeks supply and wanted to know before I ordered some supplements from your store....I have been using Smartpak where the supplements are in individual wells ...but I want to change his joint supplement and get Equine Gold , which they don't carry...so I would need to incorporate the 2 together.

Re: Supplement Storage

Hello Mitzi,

I know it's been a couple of weeks since you wrote, so I hope this information is still helpful.

Yes, you can put all the supplements together (dry ones) in one baggie. A week's supply is fine but in this cooler weather, you can do two weeks without any problem. Just be sure they are stored in a dry place that is not next to a heater or sitting under lights. If the light is always on in room where they are stored, put them in a closed box or container to keep the light out.

All the best,
