University assignments are a nightmare when many of them are due the same week. My plan for starting them early is often foiled by the fact that I need to do extra research, referencing, editing, etc. for some of the classes. I would like to hear how other people deal with particularly hard assignments without resorting to rushing their completion at the last minute.

When an assignment seems especially hard or the deadline is getting close, I feel like just giving up and doing “help me do my assignment" , especially when I need help with the form, research, or arguments. What strategies do you use to make sure you finish your assignments and have the time to complete them properly?
