Phantomeers Reunion 2020 - Cancelled due to lack of support.
First of all I would like to thank those Phantomeers who did respond to my post in May 2019 ref organising a final Phantom Reunion in late 2020. Approximately thirty people did express their support for another function but sadly it would appear there is not the appetite or interest for another bash!
If anyone else would like to have a go at organising a function in the future, I would give them my full support and attend.
Last year I attended, for the first time, the 43Sqn reunion, held annually in London in May. That is - I attended the informal gathering on the Friday night - but elected to miss the more formal reunion on the Saturday night. It was a really good weekend and this year I shall attend both evenings. So if any ex 43Sqn lads read this, get your names down now if you want a really good weekend!

Hi Roger, sad to hear that the 2020 reunion is now a non-event. I just want to say on this forum thanks for trying. I don't think that you could possibly have done anything more. Take it easy and relax, the previous events have been great, and that was mainly down to you mate. If anything comes up in the future that might mean a few of us get together for whatever reason, please let me know. Cheers, Dan H

What a shame and thanks to Roger for trying to arrange one final Harrah. We had something once and it would have been great to share it one last time. Signing out Kes from New Zealand
