My partners brother has a Golf GTi PD 150 2002 30k miles for sale i know it's Cat D Registered, he wants £9.5k for the car, the book price being about £12.5-£13k now i was wondering if anyone knows roughly, the reduction percentage in book price for a Cat D reg car ? I have read somewhere that it might be as much as 50% can anyone shed any light on this. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks
