You certainly did a lot of typing!!
The main factor in making a decision is the ingredient list, rather than the nutritional analysis. Any of these, if they are truly low starch, could be appropriate. The amount to feed needs to be taken into consideration along with the calorie needs of your horse, overall health, exercise level, amount and type of hay consumed, and more.
