Hi Received the toy today. All I can say is WOW! Your pictures do not to it justice. I do again apologize for sounding off. After getting this titanic muthu, the freight cost were justified. Locally I would bet this hummer would sell for 50-70 dollars. My Cockatoo went nuts. She was all over that thing like pigs on a gut pile. I would buy from you anytime. Thanks again. If you would, please send me your website link so I can bookmark it. I thought I had before but guess not. After building those mega toys you must be able to bend nails with your bare hands. |

Hi Donald: Thank you, again for offering your wonderful services. I am compiling a list of items that I'll submit to you in October, if my budget permits. If not, I plan to stock up on supplies from your company, so you will definitely hear from me in the very near future with another order. Again, I appreciate your conscientious effort to provide a smooth and satisfactory transaction and I feel very fortunate to have found such a nice company to work with. Until later, I wish your company continued success you so deserve! Fondly, Charlene Sacramento, CA |

Dear Donald, I hope this email finds you well. I definitely wanted to let you know that I received your compact and deceptively deceiving heavy shipment in excellent condition on Thursday, Sept. 18th. Too bad it wasn't gold because it certainly weighed enough. I had no idea that Stainless Steel could be so heavy. Well, the shipment was certainly worth its weight in gold, and I was very pleased to receive such fine pieces of hardware. All the items were exactly what I needed to replace all the metal parts on our birds toys and cage accessories to prevent another zinc toxicity crisis. Thank you for kindly providing me with your valuable services. I look forward to ordering more hardware as well as wood, plastic rings, and rawhide products from you next month, so you will hear from me again, soon. Until then, take care and thank you for a very pleasant and satisfying transaction! Warmest regards, Charlene Sacramento, CA |

Thanks again for the great service. You folks are #1. By the way, be sure to check out my daughter's web site www.angelbirds.com She and her husband (and me, the silent partner and executive hand-feeder) run a bird aviary and rescue-Angel Birds. Also, my daughter will be on Beverly Hills Vet on Animal Planet sometime in December in connection with the rescue work and adoptions. Thanks again!! Jerri |

Dear Donald: I just received those adorable rawhide shoes. How absolutely precious they are! I know my birds will love playing with these new toys. Thank you for shipping them to me so quickly. I especially appreciate the extra effort it took to not only mail these off so quickly, but safely as well from the confirmation tag on the box and the 1st class postage! I can't thank you enough for taking the time out from your very hectic schedule this past weekend to send the cutest set of shoes I've seen since my kids were little (almost 20+ years ago). I look forward to receiving your other items sometime soon. I do hope the bird show was a big success for you. Your birds are so gorgeous that they surely must have been the most popular attraction. Take care and again, thank you for the wonderful surprise shipment and very gracious service! Kind regards, Charlene Sacramento, CA |

Hi don I received my package today. I pulled out a bag of wood parts and was like...wow these are big. Then I pulled out another bag and said...o my god these are huge! I was shocked at the size.......I am very satisified with the selection (and still in shock at the size) and the new rawhide shoes are much better than the older version. These seem to be a better quality. Thanks so much!!! |

Don, Casper is doing great! Him and Sam are buddies! Sam spends every evening with him. Casper sits with him while he plays video games or watches tv. Sometimes they even fall asleep together and I have to put Casper in his cage for Sam. Sometimes, Casper will even put himself to bed if Sam has fallen asleep! He knows that his buddy is sleeping, so it is time for him to sleep too. Sam has a big cage for him in his bedroom, which he cleans himself every morning before school, and he also gives him fresh water and food before school every day too. We really love him! He is a sweetie! |

Hello there once again from the Krueger household. Hope all is doing well in the Huckans house. Well Taz is just amazing and has learned a few new sounds, the funniest is he now sounds like a monkey instead of a bird. Ashley taught him monkey sounds and bobs and now he does that instead of screaming it reallly is too funny. |
