My oldest brother has a 1948 flatbed truck and recently he found an F-100 and saved it from being sold to a wrecking yard. We are not sure what year it is, but we did noticed that it has front wheel drum brakes and he stated that the shape above the door handle is distinctive to a certain year. We would like to join and we would love to share our and learn about our newly found friend. i welcome any replys and would enjoy learning more. thank you.

Was wondering if my pre - F100 would be welcome at your show? It is a 1939 still running an 85 hp 221 flathead. Not really a show truck but pretty nice for 70+ years old.

I just bought a '54 ford pickup -owned one 30+ years ago that I built in to a 4X4 then sold. (I should have never done either!) I plan on rebuilding the 6 cylinder until after I get the body cleaned up then I may swap the 6 out for a caddy 501 cube monster

Hi There.
Beautiful website!... Love the 56 Ford F100's as my father had one and I learned to drive in it. It was a robin's egg blue with a 6culinder automatic. I loved that truck..

Keep up the good work on this site.. I love the tribute to "Charlotte".. Very nicely done...

Regards
Marc

Nice page. I learned to drive in a 1953 F-100, 6 cyl, Automatic Transmission. Was told it was the first auto tranny sold out of the Higginsville MO dealership.I had a rat terrier that would ride on the running board, had to be carefull everytime you left the farm or he would show up in town with you. Sadly, Dad gave it to an old mechanic when i was working out on the road in the early 80's.Would love to find it back.
I own a shop in Cole Camp, just up the road from you. 4K Cheese & Meats. we have 90 cheees's, meats, best steaks in MO, huge outside deck with music on the weekends. Cole Camp has car shows a couple times a year, but thinking about diong our own sometime next summer.
Would love to have you guys come visit, we can accomodate 300 people, with a little notice. Also have beers, wines, and a Winery a block away, antique shops, fun town.Check out our web page, kinda crude but working on it. www.4kcheese.com Think I could get a ride in a 100 if you come?????
