My earliest Woodworth Ancestor was Jane E Woodworth, the daughter of Solomon Woodworth who died in the Revolutionary War at The Battle of Canada Creek in 1781. Jane married Charles Tripp, and in about 1800 he sold his lands in Manlius, Onondaga Cty. New York and moved the family to Percy Twp. Northumberland Co. Ontario.

I am trying to find out more about Almerin Woodworth and his first wife Lavina Ames. I am trying to find proof that he is Levi\'s son and proof that Levi is David\'s son. Grandmother on my father’s side was Minnie Woodworth of Washington D.C. She was a second cousin of Herbert Hoover. She married John J. Kindt and lived primarily in Gloucester and Audubon, New Jersey. Moved to California in 1954 and lived with her first son John T. Kindt until she passed in 1978.
