Great experience with Betsy! Placed my order and it was delivered while I was hospitalized, so my wife didn\'t open the box. Well...one month later, after finally getting back home; I found damage to the box. Inner box and styrofoam packing also showed damage. Looked like it had been punctured. Of course the figurine...Adoration was broken. I emailed Betsy with pics. She immediately replied saying how sorry she was, and was shipping a new figurine. Started a claim with USPS that same day. This is how you get and keep customers! Immediate attention to any problems. Betsy insured I\'ll be making my future purchases with her! She is an A Plus amoung all the lower level sellers! I ordered several items from Betsy for Christmas gifts this year. Betsy contacted me because she didn’t have the design I ordered on an item and asked if she could substitute a different design. She sent me a text with all my tracking information when she sent my items out. The box got here today- 2 days earlier than expected.
